If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will exchange the item or refund your credit card. Items that cannot be exchanged: earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene purpose) and gift card. Our return and exchange policies do not apply to discounted and sale items unless faulty.
Les Nereides is happy to offer an exchange or Store credits due to change of mind on any item returned within 7 days, with a valid receipt and in the original condition. We are unable to offer refunds on any item unless the product is faulty. Any vouchers or coupons used will be calculated as a percentage discount on the total order amount when calculating any refunds. Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, and in original packing with original label. Customer can drop item at any of our official retail stores or will pay & organise for return shipping alternatively, we can arrange collection with our postal service. Postage fees are not refundable, this includes parcels that are marked Return to Sender, or with incorrect address supplied. Any item item that needs to be resent due to non collection will need to pay $10 for postage. For quality-related returns, return shipping will be organised by Les Nereides.
Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Christmas returns policy
We have an extended exchange period for any purchases made during the Christmas period from Monday 15 November 2021 until Saturday 25 December 2021. Purchases made during this timeframe may be exchanged up until Monday 3 January 2022 inclusive. Items that cannot be exchanged: earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene purposes, unless faulty) and gift cards.
To return an item, please fill in our Contact us form and include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning and why
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 500 grams. A signature is required on delivery for all Les Nereides orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a postal pick up card will be left for you. You will need to take it in to the post office stated on the card and provide identification to collect your parcel.
