Les Néréides Loves Animals is a foundation created by the Amaddeo family — the founders of Les Néréides — as an extension of their lifelong commitment to protecting animals. Each season, the Maison releases an exclusive Loves Animals jewellery collection. 15% of every sale is donated directly to shelters, rescue groups, and welfare organisations supporting abandoned, endangered, injured, and sick animals around the world.
Over a decade, the foundation has donated more than €700,000 to over 20 animal welfare organisations across France, Australia, Thailand, India, Morocco, Indonesia, Cyprus, Tunisia, Hong Kong, the UK, and Afghanistan — including Sydney Dogs and Cats Home, People For Animals, 30 Millions d'Amis, and L214. Following the 2020 bushfires, the foundation also supported Australian wildlife rescue and conservation groups.
The jewellery. Every piece in the collection is hand-painted in Paris using gold-plated brass, enamel, and faceted crystal — the same artisanal process behind every Les Néréides design since 1980. Motifs span the animals the foundation supports: dogs (including dachshunds, dalmatians, and poodles), cats, birds, insects and ladybirds, alongside whimsical Parisian-walk storytelling.
