When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the checkout page depending on the provider selected.

Please note that our shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of each item is shown on its product page. All shipping weights are rounded up to the nearest 500 grams in accordance with carrier policies.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for parcels marked Return to Sender or those with incorrect addresses. If an item is returned due to non-collection, a $10 re-shipping fee will apply.

All Les Néréides orders require a signature upon delivery. If you're not home, a postal pick-up card will be left. You’ll need to collect your parcel from the specified post office and present ID.

🎄 Christmas 2025 Shipping Cut-Off Dates

To ensure your Les Néréides order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order before the following dates. All orders are dispatched from Sydney or Melbourne:

• Parcel Post (Same state – NSW or VIC): Monday, 22 December 2025
• Parcel Post (Interstate): Friday, 19 December 2025
• Express Post (All locations): Tuesday, 23 December 2025

Deliveries to or from Perth, Darwin, or Hobart:
Parcel Post: Lodge by Friday, 12 December 2025
Express Post: Lodge by Monday, 22 December 2025

For international orders (including New Zealand), we recommend placing your order by 5 December 2025. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs.

Please order early to avoid disappointment. Delivery delays can occur due to high demand, weather events, or postal service disruptions.
