I can’t log into my account:

We have upgraded our website, and some customers may have troubles logging in or receiving a reset email. First, check your inbox and junk folder. If you can't find it, create a new account with this link. Your points and vouchers will transfer automatically. Let us know if you need more help!

Problems resetting my password:

If you haven't logged in online for an extended period, only every purchase in our stores or the Reset Password email hasn't arrived in your inbox or junk, please create a new account with your current email address, and any existing points will automatically transfer over.

How do I reset my password?:

To reset you password click this link and enter your email address.

How do I check my points balance?:

To check your points balance, go to our homepage and click the Pink ‘Check Rewards’ tab at the right side of our page. If it’s asking to log in, please do so first.

How can I redeem my points and what are they worth?

To redeem points, make sure you have logged into your account first, click the red ‘Check rewards’ tab at the right side of our homepage (see How do I check my points balance? above) and select ‘Redeem’ from the available vouchers. You can scroll on this page to select higher amounts.

Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per purchase, so select the maximum amount you wish to use. Don't forget to scroll down to see larger rewards (up to $600 voucher)

What happened to all of my coupons?

You will see 'Redeem' button on all vouchers available with the amount of points you currently have. For example if you have 300 points you could get up to a $30 voucher (300 points), but if you only want to claim 200 points ($20 voucher) you will have 100 points remaining. You would not be able to claim a $10, $20 and $30 voucher.

Can I use multiple coupons at the same time?

You can only use one coupon per transaction. If you have created multiple vouchers with your points we can merge them together for you providing they are still valid. To do this, please email us or send a message in our online chat. This request can be completed during business hours.

How much is shipping, and do you offer free shipping?

All items are shipped from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post. Standard shipping is usually about 3-5 business days within Australia and is free for all domestic orders over $199. We offer Express post too with delivery times of usually 1-2 business
