🎄 Christmas Lodgement Dates (Sent from Sydney or Melbourne)

Please place your order by the following dates and before 10 am (Sydney time) to help ensure delivery by Christmas^*:

• Parcel Post
  • Same state (NSW or VIC): Monday, 22 December 2025
  • Interstate: Friday, 19 December 2025^**
• Express Post: Tuesday, 23 December 2025

^* For deliveries to or from Perth, Darwin, and Hobart, earlier lodgement is recommended:

• Parcel Post: Friday, 12 December 2025
• Express Post: Monday, 22 December 2025

^** Applies to items collected by our trucks or vans and taken directly to a processing facility. For items lodged over the counter, please lodge by 2:30pm.

🌍 International Lodgement Dates

You can find the latest international cut-off dates for all destinations on our website. These dates are current at the time of publishing but may change.

International deliveries may be impacted by customs clearance, airline schedules, and local postal conditions. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your order as early as possible — and always before 10am (Sydney time) on the cut-off date.

📦 Items sent after the recommended dates will still be processed and delivered as quickly as possible, but may not arrive before Christmas Day.
