Returns Policy

🎄 Extended Christmas Returns Window

To make Christmas gifting easier, we are extending our returns window for purchases made between 18 November 2025 and 24 December 2025. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit until 31 December 2025.

Your satisfaction is our priority.

For all online orders: If your item is faulty upon receipt or not as described, we will exchange the item or provide a store credit refund.

Items that cannot be exchanged: Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene purposes) and gift cards. Our return and exchange policies do not apply to discounted or sale items unless faulty.

We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for change‑of‑mind returns on any full‑priced item returned within 7 days of receipt, with proof of purchase and in original condition. We are unable to offer refunds on change‑of‑mind purchases unless the product is faulty.

Any vouchers or discount codes used will be applied proportionately across the order when calculating return values. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Returns can be dropped off at any official Les Néréides retail store, or posted back at your cost. Alternatively, we can arrange collection via our postal service.

Postage fees are non‑refundable, including parcels marked Return to Sender or with incorrect delivery details. Any item that needs to be resent due to non‑collection will incur a $10 re‑shipping fee. For domestic quality-related returns, return shipping will be organised by Les Néréides.

Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for return.

To request a return, please complete our Contact Us form and include:

• Your order number (from your confirmation email)
• Your full name and address
• A description of the item and reason for return
• Whether you prefer an exchange or store credit. If requesting an exchange, include the item name and item number.
