Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping is free for all orders over $199.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 500 grams. Postage fees are not refundable, this includes parcels that are marked Return to Sender, or with incorrect address supplied. Any item item that needs to be resent due to non collection will need to pay $10 for postage.
A signature is required on delivery for all Les Nereides orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a postal pick up card will be left for you. You will need to take it in to the post office stated on the card and provide identification to collect your parcel.

Extended Christmas Returns Window
To make Christmas gifting even more special, we are extending our returns window for purchases made between 18 November 2024 and 24 December 2024. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit until 7 January 2025.

Standard Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority.
For all online orders: If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will exchange the item or provide a store credit refund. Please note:
- Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene purposes) and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
- Our return and exchange policies do not apply to discounted or sale items unless faulty.
Les Néréides is happy to offer an exchange or store credit for a change of mind on any item returned within 7 days, with a valid receipt and in its original condition. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty.
Items to be returned must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the original labels. Customers can:
- Drop the item at any of our official retail stores.
- Pay for and organise return shipping, or
- Request collection through our postal service (fees may apply).
Note: Postage fees are non-refundable, including parcels marked as "Return to Sender" or returned due to an incorrect address supplied. Any item requiring resending due to non-collection will incur a $10 postage fee. For quality-related returns, Les Néréides will organise and cover return shipping costs.
Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Returns Process
To return an item, please fill in our Contact Us form and include the following information:
- Your order number, if known (appears at the top of your confirmation email).
- Your name and address.
- A description of the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
